Ms. Hien Thi Thu Bui

Ms. Hien Thi Thu Bui (Hien) began her career in Vietnam’s rubber industry after earning her Bachelor’s degree in Finance. She initially served as an Economics Executive at the Vietnam Rubber Association, where she played a key role as the Project Coordinator for the FAO-funded project “Leveraging Vietnam’s Timber Legality Assurance System Compliance within the Vietnam Rubber Industry.”

Following her Master’s degree in Public Policy and Management in Australia, Ms. Hien worked as an Executive at the Rubber Research Institute of Vietnam. Her experience in both finance and public policy has equipped her with a unique perspective on the industry.

In June 2024, Ms. Hien joined CMO Vietnam as an Operation Manager. In this role, she is responsible for managing all group scheme tasks related to sustainable development and compliance management services under CMO Vietnam, including FSC, PEFC, and EUDR certifications.
